Stop Reflect Connect
An invitation to pause.
Once each week we gather to arrive, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the practice of medicine.
Each session begins with a brief reflection on an aspect of clinical practice that is often present yet rarely explored, followed by speaking and deep listening in pairs or threes, and an uncommented poem, before returning to the working day.
What happens?
Thirty minutes -
Brief enough to fit within the working week.
Long enough to remember what matters.

Some themes are familiar. Others are unexpected.
All begin with the same question: what in our working lives is asking to be noticed?
Over time, Stop Reflect Connect has explored themes such as:
Waiting
Beauty
Contradiction

Wind Phone
Don't Know
Collegiality
Burnout
Looking Closely
Patience
Silence
Rules
Flourishing
Scars
Microaggressions

Each week brings new questions.
The conversation continues.
"I found commonality in the thoughts and emotions we all experience, but don't really talk about."
